Of course, we hope you’re absolutely happy with your purchase! If the piece of jewelry isn’t quite what you were looking for, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Would you like to exchange an item (for a different size or another piece, for example)? Just return your current item by following the steps below and simply place a new order in our webshop.
Please note: Personalized jewelry (custom-made) and earrings that have already been tried on (due to hygiene) unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return conditions
To ensure we can process your return smoothly, we ask you to keep the following in mind:
- The jewelry is unworn and undamaged.
- The jewelry is packed in its original packaging.
- Important: please make sure you return the jewelry in the correct jewelry box, so that the item and the sticker on the box match. Without this match, we unfortunately cannot process the return.
Should a return unexpectedly not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept it and we reserve the right to refuse the return shipment.
How do I register my return?
Within the EU (including the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany): Easily register your return via our return portal. Log in with your email address and order number (starting with ORD). You can print a return label directly here. Returning from the Netherlands? Then you can also opt for a convenient, printer-less return via a QR code.
Outside the EU (and customs areas/islands within the EU): Our return portal is not available for these regions. You may return the package independently via a postal service of your choice (Track & Trace is highly recommended). Please include a note with your full name and your order number.
Return Costs (and why returns aren't free)
You can easily arrange a return label in just a few clicks via our return portal. Please note that these return costs are at your own expense. Why aren't returns free? As a sustainable and honest brand, we consciously choose not to invisibly hide return costs in the prices of our jewelry. This way, we keep our pricing fair, transparent, and accessible to everyone. We believe this is the fairest approach, and it perfectly aligns with our vision of conscious consumption.

Prefer to handle the return outside of our portal? In that case, the shipping costs will depend on your chosen courier, and you will be fully responsible for the shipment.
Processing & Refund
Once your package has arrived at our warehouse, it takes up to 14 business days to inspect and process your return. You will automatically receive a confirmation email. We will then refund the purchase amount via the payment method you originally used to place the order. (Please note: during the summer months and in December/January, processing times may be slightly longer).
Good to know
- Combining multiple orders: you may return jewelry from different orders in one package. Include the packing slips from all orders in the box and mention all order numbers in the comments field in our return portal.
- Gift wrapping: did you receive the jewelry including gift wrapping and do you wish to return it? Please make sure to include this packaging as well.
- Responsibility: always keep your proof of posting safe, as we are not responsible for packages that unfortunately get lost in the mail.
Canceling before shipment
Would you like to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet (right of withdrawal)? If so, please select 'Right of withdrawal' as the return reason in our return portal. If you are subsequently asked to purchase a return label, this means your order has already been shipped and you will need to return it as usual once received. In all other cases, we will do our best to intercept the order. Please note that we cannot guarantee this will be successful; if the package is shipped anyway, you will still need to purchase a return label and complete the return process as usual.
