SHIPPING TIMES

We can't wait for you to finally meet your new jewelry! That's why we strive to ship every package with the utmost care within 2 business days.

Once your order is on its way, you can expect the following delivery times:

  • The Netherlands: 1-2 business days
  • Belgium & Germany: 1-3 business days
  • Other European countries: 2-5 business days
  • Outside Europe: 5-7 business days

Please note: pre-orders, personalized jewelry, and custom-made pieces have a different delivery time. Also, keep in mind that packages might take a little longer during the summer months and the holiday season.

Once we have handed over your package to the postal service, we unfortunately have no control over any delays in their process. Is your package taking unusually long? Please email us at [email protected], and we will gladly look into it with you.

Together for a smaller footprint

Out of love for our planet, we like to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible. That is why we always ship your order all at once. Did you order an item that is currently in stock together with a pre-order? Then we will wait to ship until your entire order is complete.

Fair shipping fees

As an independent and sustainable brand, we value transparency regarding our costs. Getting an order safely and sustainably to your doorstep is expensive: it requires reliable transport, fair labor, and eco-friendly packaging materials. For orders below a certain amount, we therefore ask for a small shipping contribution. This way, we can continue to make these sustainable choices together.

Orders outside the EU

Do you live outside the European Union? Please keep in mind that customs charges (import duties and taxes) may be applied at the border. These potential additional costs vary by country and are at your own expense. (For exact details, please refer to articles 5.7 and 5.8 in our Terms and Conditions).

Safe arrival: check your package

We package our jewelry with a lot of love. Therefore, always carefully inspect your package before accepting it. Is the box damaged upon arrival? Please refuse the package at the door or at the pick-up point, and have the delivery person or staff member immediately make a note of the damage. The package will then be returned safely to us. This note is an important condition for the warranty; without this proof, we unfortunately cannot assist you further regarding the damage.

Shipping address

Because we ship valuable items, we only send packages directly to home or work addresses. Therefore, it is not possible to enter the address of a postal pick-up point when placing your order. (Of course, it may happen that the delivery person safely drops off the package at a local pick-up point on their own initiative if you are not home at the time of delivery).
