DELIVERY, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS OF ONLINE ORDERS
I. CANCELLATIONS If your order has not been send yet, you may cancel your order free of charge. If you cancell the order after it has been sent to you, you must refuse the package when it is delivered. If TAJhas already received your payment, we will give you your refund as soon as we have received the goods. We will deduct the shipment costs we made to send the order to you in the first place.
II. RETURNS/COOL DOWN PERIOD All customers have 30 days to change their mind without having to tell us your reasons. Exceptions are custom pieces like rings made in a special size or engraved jewelry. This product may only be returned in its original packaging, undamaged. Download our return form here. Do you wish to return the entire order or part of your order? Send them back to the address below. TAJ will refund the buying price minus the shipment costs. The costs to send the products back to us are for the customer.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be communicated to TAJ in writing. You may do this by email or by regular mail. You must at least mention your entire name and the order number.
In order to transfer the money back to you, we will also need your bank account number and the name in which this account is. We also need your IBAN number and your BIC/SWIFT i fit is a bank outside of the Netherlands.
International transfer costs, when you chose to pay by bank transfer, are always completely for the customer.
Note: the bank account number you give us for you refund, MUST bet he same bank account number as from which you payed your order in the first place. This has to do with fraud possibilities.
Refunds will be giving within 14 days after we have received the products.

RETURNS OF STORE BOUGHT JEWELRY Taj jewelry that has been bought in a store, can only be returned at that same store.
